RAFCO represents tenants across Canada, identifying and acquiring sites that strengthen their networks.

We’ve guided brands like Costco through expansion, helped Rona divest and repurpose assets, and secured over 300 restaurant locations from 1,200 to 20,000+ sq. ft., including drive-thru outlets.

We also manage complex land assemblies in markets from Ottawa to Windsor and support tenants with renewals, re-negotiations, dispositions and growth strategies.

Developer/Landlord Representation

RAFCO drives retail development across Canada; Big Box, fashion, neighbourhood, and convenience centres. We handle everything from land assembly and acquisition to navigating government approvals, securing prime sites for our clients.

Before tenants move in, we craft conceptual leasing plans and marketing materials to attract top retailers. Our leasing and merchandising expertise includes rebranding and repositioning properties to boost value and tenant mix.

With deep national retail relationships, we act as Tenant Coordinators during development, and upon completion, have successfully promoted and sold projects to both individual investors and major Canadian institutions.
